The Anniston Project is a Pro-Life Story.  Our story is common to that of other families who have been faced with the decision to choose life when faced with the possibility of having a child with disabilities.  The Anniston Project is a place to record those life stories and share the positive results of choosing life and not following the advise of the OBGYN and other specialty DR.s.  Our story is only one of the many that we hope to document through this website and the future film we are going to produce.

A little over 8 years ago, when our daughter Anniston was conceived, the doctors told my wife and I that the baby was going to be severely handicapped… with Downs Syndrome, a heart defect and a missing digestive track… and it would be cruel to bring her into the world.

We chose life.

Although the doctor’s predictions for Anniston were accurate, we managed to find the right doctors for her. While she does have Downs Syndrome, she is a happy, loving, playful little girl who inspires all who know her.

Through reenactments, interviews and discussions with family, teachers, doctors, and public officials, this film will celebrate life, and take a good look at the sometimes difficult path set before us when we choose life, not just for the unborn, but for the handicapped, the chronically sick, and the elderly.  Our hope is that Anniston’s story will bring inspiration and courage to all those facing difficult choices.

Today you can contribute to the Anniston Project through Pay Pal by hitting the Donate Button on this page.  All funds will be used to continue building this website and capturing video interviews of people who have similar stories to create the film/video feature called  "The Anniston Project".

This is a commercial project and all funds donated are not Tax Deductible.  Thank you for your prayers and support.
